We work out a Nutrition & Exercise Plan for you, compatible with your personal, professional & cultural lifestyle. - Periodic Body & Weight Measurements, photos and/or BMI, blood reports etc. for tracking the progress during the program. - Three pre-agreed live online workouts every week one on one with me. - Phone/WhatsApp support throughout for guidance & answering your queries. - Daily Diet Recall on WhatsApp.

 

My Online Personal Training Program is for those who are looking for the right guidance and motivation in terms of Exercise and Nutrition to achieve their fitness goals.

My ultimate goal is to make you independent by educating you, so that you can make the right lifestyle choices post the completion of the program.

I can not do the hard work for you, its you who lifts and eats healthy and gets a complete sleep every single day. But I will give you continuous guidance, making sure your exercise plan and diet regimes are designed to meet your goals.

How can I workout at home without equipment?

 

My workouts do not require heavy machinery, you will be working out with few inexpensive equipment (kettlebells, dumbells, skipping rope, etc.) which you can get easily on Amazon or at your local sports store. It will be a one time buy and will serve you well. 

My workouts are vibrant and interesting and I keep introducing new exercises and variations to keep up the motivation.

How will I know whether I am working out properly and with the right intensity?

 I will give you a detailed workout plan with video descriptions, we will conduct weekly sessions over video calls and you can share your workout videos every day with me so that I can correct you if required.  

How often do my workouts change?

 

 Your workouts will change weekly or bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your needs and your response to my program. If you feel a particular workout is not fitting within your schedule, I will make a change in order for you to continue being successful with your workouts.  

 

How do I get in touch with you if I have a question or want a change in my program?

 Getting in touch with me is as easy as picking up your phone.  All of your workouts get sent directly to your email, at which point you can text, email, or message me.  

How long does it take to get my program after purchase?

 Because your training program is created personally by me from scratch, it generally takes me 1-2 day to deliver your program to you.
