My Online Personal Training Program is for those who are looking for the right guidance and motivation in terms of Exercise and Nutrition to achieve their fitness goals.
My ultimate goal is to make you independent by educating you, so that you can make the right lifestyle choices post the completion of the program.
I can not do the hard work for you, its you who lifts and eats healthy and gets a complete sleep every single day. But I will give you continuous guidance, making sure your exercise plan and diet regimes are designed to meet your goals.
My workouts do not require heavy machinery, you will be working out with few inexpensive equipment (kettlebells, dumbells, skipping rope, etc.) which you can get easily on Amazon or at your local sports store. It will be a one time buy and will serve you well.
My workouts are vibrant and interesting and I keep introducing new exercises and variations to keep up the motivation.
I will give you a detailed workout plan with video descriptions, we will conduct weekly sessions over video calls and you can share your workout videos every day with me so that I can correct you if required.
Your workouts will change weekly or bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your needs and your response to my program. If you feel a particular workout is not fitting within your schedule, I will make a change in order for you to continue being successful with your workouts.
Getting in touch with me is as easy as picking up your phone. All of your workouts get sent directly to your email, at which point you can text, email, or message me.
Because your training program is created personally by me from scratch, it generally takes me 1-2 day to deliver your program to you.
