During the lockdown when it was not possible to attend gym, Suhas has helped me with online training sessions and diet plan. I really appreciate the techniques that he used for workout; as I had only the kettle bells and resistance band at home. So with minimum available option he guided a perfect online training. Because of those workout sessions and diet plans I hardly saw any fat percentage growth. And so the things were easy when I hit the gym post lockdown!
